酒店位置很好，多次入住了，印象比较深刻的还是前台工作人员Keely ，以及Lucy ，热情的服务态度，迅速的办理完入住，安排的房间也很不错，楼层高，视野好，满意的一次入住体验！推荐！

酒店的泳池非常不错。位置和环境都很好。但是一个五星酒店，为什么房间一共就两个垃圾桶？书桌一个，卫生间一个。沙发和洗手池应该需要加。而且衣柜就在门后面，房间一进门放一个盘子一样的装饰，还有一根大柱子。非常压抑，洗手池非常小，沐浴乳是用过最差的一家。

朝食ブッフェへ品数が多く満足。天一広場や外灘が近く、部屋から見る眺めが素晴らしい。また利用したい。
クラブルームが使いたかったが、自社web予約しか無理とのこと。表示が分かりにくかった。

大堂比较小，不太符合五星标准，房间观景不错，房子的床缝隙太大，最不满意的一点是一般是下午2点退房，它这是12点退房，又不是客流高峰期，很不理解
