这次五一一个人带女儿到宁波休闲度假，选择了温德姆真是明智！下午办入住时就有热毛巾热茶水奉上。房间虽然不大，但干净整洁，有浴缸。进房就有管家来告知行政酒廊有免费下午茶，品种还不错，有咸有甜，酒廊服务员荣胜兰很热情周到，晚上还有免费鸡尾酒。第二天客房服务员小梅也认真清洁还留了温馨纸条。每晚有银耳羹和热牛奶送，冰箱里饮料全送。晚上大堂有歌手演唱，早上还有车送机场。位置也非常棒，走路去天一阁博物馆和月湖公园才10分钟，打的去宁波博物馆20元，走路去南塘老街30分钟……这次的温德姆我给满分。

Check in速度很快，前台工作人员还会热情的奉上香茗和毛巾。酒店的位置非常好，离天一阁、月湖很近，步行五六分钟就可以到达。早餐的品类非常丰富。房间宽敞，设施齐全，楼层管家范绪玲、小杨服务周到热情，晚上还为客房提供牛奶和银耳羹，让我有点感动。
