位置极佳，得天独厚，想去的地方几乎都在周边--天一阁、天一广场、月湖、海鲜老店（一定要早去，人多排号）、地铁站、火车站，步行即可。早餐非常丰盛，既有常见西式点心也有宁波本地特色，还有很好吃的汤圆!
服务单说一下，是这些年住过的酒店里面几乎最好的，很多细节和国际连锁酒店里面的高端品牌相比都好：加被子服务员很快送过来而且微笑倒退出房，行政酒廊的工作人员一直送到电梯口微笑关门，所有遇到的工作人员都会亲切打招呼（即便在高端酒店，大多数人亲切热情但总会遇到一些生硬或者视若不见的人，本次入住遇到的全部工作人员都不错）。
房间设施方面倒是一般，中规中矩。

服务态度超级好，还有专门的管家。我们贴身管家黄梦莹很贴心，看到有小朋友，特意拿来小朋友的拖鞋和洗漱用品。还提醒房间有雨伞，出门可以取用。各方面都很不错。位置离火车站很近。离月湖更加只有几分钟的路程。晚饭以后可以去那逛逛。离天一步行街也没多远，很便利。超级👍！下次宁波还会选。
