春节入住刚到前台就有热毛巾和茶水递过来，并送了小朋友糖果和小礼物，前台服务人员周婕Aimee 看到我们有两个小朋友，很贴心地帮我们升级成商务双床。电梯到达入住楼层，我们的酒店管家就在电梯口迎接我们了，感受到家人的温暖，又送了小朋友拖鞋、洗漱用具，晚上还送来热牛奶。总体来说作为老五星酒店，服务是很棒的，有物品需要服务人员态度很好地给送来，楼层遇到工作人员也热情的打招呼。地理位置离月湖公园和天一阁很近，相比硬件设施就一般了。但等天气暖和了再去这个城市还是值得再去入住的。

宁波的老牌5星酒店，服务相当不错，虽然开业时间挺长但并不感觉旧，周边的月湖公园很美，每年来宁波都住这儿。

说实话几年前就住过这家酒店，当时不错的。这次朋友推荐仍旧住这里是有担心的，毕竟过了这么久，然而这次住还是很满意，特别是有免费送奶，我们的管家范绪玲照顾的很好。这里对酒店👍 对管家👍
