Winter trip. Glad we just stayed one night. Pool was closed. Lots of things under construction. Service was pretty good and price was good for the quality. But the hallways were freezing, including eating areas and kids play area. I would recommend only staying there in the warmer months of the year. The buffet is eye catching, but only a fee dishes were top quality. Most of it, including seafood, was bland and not prepared well. Room was comfy and had a great view. Some good some bad. Probably won’t stay again.

已经很多次入住。青岛黄岛红树林酒店了。上一次是2023年入住。这次入住和上次变化不大，前台服务很好，设施也很不错。就是酒店的空调效果稍微差一些，很满意！！！！

小朋友喜欢住酒店，隔断时间就会带孩子过来住上回，对小朋友比较友好，房间乾净、明亮、视野极佳。之前都是直接入住，虽然住的也都还不错，但这次有了服务经理这个环节，订到的房间直接超出预期太多，非常满意！藉着这个平台説句：齐敏经理，谢谢啦～

好多年前红树林刚开业来过几次，最近都去星光岛没来这里，这次来很惊艳，服务特别周到贴心，客服经理齐敏提前给我们发的讯息非常仔细，房间也帮我们升级了，非常感谢！而且不仅是客服经理，遇到的每一位员工都很有礼貌，有帮我们开门的，有帮送行李到房间门口、还有贴心送了小孩伴手礼，住在这里真的非常舒心。
还要特别表扬一下早餐，早餐真的好吃用心，食物看着平平无奇，好像每家店都有似的，但是味道真的非常不错，是用好的食材精心制作的。晚餐叫的送餐服务，也是每个套餐都好吃，价格还非常便宜，菜量很大，非常好！
探险王国也很好玩，小孩玩的乐不思蜀！就是现在淡季人比较少，希望大家都能来玩，让这些优秀的服务和环境得到更多人的认同！
