酒店位置不错，就是服务跟不上，地下车库离酒店大堂太远了，摆渡车都是白色，没人开，可能过年的原因吧

青岛红树林还不错，就是配套设施喝服务跟不上，过年人多的原因吧。地下停车场到酒店大堂揍好远，说是有摆渡车，结果车停了几台，没有人去开

优点：1.离沙滩近，步行5分钟；2.一站式度假，儿童游乐场，温泉，餐饮，购物全包含；3.大大的阳台方便晾衣；4.12点到的，很顺利的办理了入住，并且升级到行政楼层；5.前台的服务员很贴心的介绍各种优惠活动。
缺点:1.我住的城景房，白天一直有活动，很吵；2.b1层的小吃城很难吃，很难吃，很难吃，建议吃德国小镇的独辣帮或百花深处，小吃城的东西真的很难吃；3.室内的游泳池没有儿童池；4.早餐真的很差，咖啡没有拿铁，没有甜点蛋糕，而且由于人多管理很混乱，10点闭餐，9:30就没什么吃的了，服务人员一问三不知；5.红树林度假村里的所有服务都达不到五星标准。
综合来看，性价比不高，不如住旁边的艾美了。
