服务真的该学学台湾，酒店离站超级远，一点路线指南也没有，办理入住后没人拿行李没人带，怎么上楼都不知道，吃饭的美食广场苍蝇超级多，孩子玩的还不错，好多没开启，冷冷清清，房间卫生也一般吧

提前预订两间豪华海景房，入住时发现预定的价钱和当天全景海景房的价格相当！提出这个问题前台只是说没办法！不能升级房间！给我的感觉就是你订贵了你活该！虽然前台态度很好，但是让人很不爽！提前预定反而不合算！最后补交差价把其中一间房间升级到了全景海景房！本来想两间都升级的，可是这个房型每层只有一间，想想如果分层的话很不方便所以只升级一间！
酒店位置比较偏远，从青岛火车站到酒店不堵车需要40分钟！去市区很不方便！
入住时前台推荐充值，当时说酒店内的餐厅都能用，还可以打9折，充了一千，前两天到两个餐厅都说不能用，第三天想去吃自助餐，发现198/位的自助餐用大众点评只需要128/位，我算了算4个人用充值卡打九折后还比大众点评贵200块！而且充值不能退！只能酒店内消费！最后一天在美食广场又是吃饭又是买水果才花完！所以没事别充值！
说了不好的再来说说好的！这次入住一间全景海景房和一间豪华海景房！都不错！卫生间干湿分离，有单独的浴室，海景非常棒！尤其是全景海景房！很不错！
酒店有自己的沙滩，沙子非常细，适合小朋友！
如果只是带小朋友玩玩沙子休闲度假，不频繁往返市区！这里真的不错！很安逸！值得推荐！
