酒店房间还行，但泳池，海滩周围的配套就实在是不敢恭维了，跟个大工地似的，沙滩上还不时有铲车开过，也是醉了。

酒店的沙滩不是很干净 早餐一般 但是服务还是不错的 房间的景观也非常好 带孩子比较方便 B1就有大型淘气宝和吃饭的地方

开始怕服务不好，结果还算可以，住宿也舒适，订的海景房，景色优美，心情大好！吃喝玩乐方便，小孩玩的很开心。虽然很多在建，但已经很不错了。活动丰富，夏天不想玩景点的情况下显的一点也不枯燥。服务员热情，见面都笑脸打招呼。就是酒店离青岛市区太远，如果有班车接送去市区或火车站就更完美了！总之之前的担心都一一消除了。

该酒店给个人的感觉整体一般，酒店人太多了，尤其是早晚用餐高峰期，酒店的硬件设施与三亚红树林差距较大，软件设施和服务员的服务态度，酒店的管理水平都较差，唯一点赞的是我们那一层的客房服务员，其服务态度非常好。

机场距离酒店很远，不过在西心旅度假，预订了西海岸旅游大巴，准时发车，机场距离酒店约1个半小时。
之前一直担心酒店，毕竟第一次带宝宝来度假，选在这家酒店，也是因为比较适合亲子游。也的确如此，酒店房间设施很棒，宝贝特别的开心。去沙滩非常方便，海景房的视野也超级棒，期待明天能看到日出！总之，妈妈，老公和宝宝都特别的满意！
