酒店装修有点老旧。但是交通便利 地铁三号线B出口 出来就看见了 斜对面 很好找。性价比高 还有浴缸 电视有点差 画面颜色怪怪的 孩子看不了动画片好在网络信号还行 整体还不错。推荐

青岛艾丽华酒店位置不错，交通便利，地铁站500米，五四广场也很近，万象城也不远，附近还有电视塔，超级推荐的是早餐，非常丰盛，服务也很好，停车场免费停车，上午退的房，下午开车走的，跟前台说了一声，很高兴的同意了！就是电梯太不给力了，上7、8个人就提示超载！

昨天上午同城艺龙定好两个房间，网上直接缴费，晚上九点入住，到十点其中有一个房门还是打不开，整个酒店就一个前台，没有其他服务员。空调为零，有一个房间进门开空调到十点退房房间温度也没有提起来。大厅内没有空调，温度非常低冷。
当时十点开始找前台经理退房，前台说了酒店没有收帐，需要在同程艺龙上退款，然后十点半退房。
联系同程艺龙至今没有结果，不知道这个钱能不能给退回来，不知道什么时候可以退回来。
对于订酒店线上付款这个事情我也是长了记性，不到酒店亲自看看环境，艺龙是不会给我们负责的，因为他们已经收到钱了，不论环境好坏我们是没有办法的，没有选择的余地了
