我认为这是世界上最差的酒店，坑嗲的地方，在网上定了756元的高级大床房，去了以后告诉我，需要再交50元的费用，并且不给开发票，否则不让我们入住

服务过差，从没住过如此脏乱差的酒店。房间的沙发和凳子全是脏的，要求更换说不行，要求换房间说满房了。洗澡洗到一半没热水了，吹风机是发霉的，要求换一个说没有了，酒店的过道都是香烟头，一股浓浓的霉味，隔音效果也不好。同程旅游上订的，价格近600一晚，根本对不起这个价格。跟同程客服打电话沟通说要换房间或者酒店，打了一半客服把我电话挂了，后来再打也是同样的结果。总之这是我入住体验最差的一次，没有之一，挂牌星级酒店也是浪得虚名。

酒店位置还好离五四广场只有一站地铁，但设施陈旧，卧室橱柜掉漆，床头磨损严重，餐厅贴画像幼儿园环境一般。
