酒店位于八大关景区，环境幽静，就在海边，酒店围墙外即是海边步行栈道，是名符其实的海景房。酒店离最近的地铁站步行不到10分钟。但因为地处景区，购物不方便，连超市都没有。酒店工作人员服务周道、热情。早餐品种不是特别多，但中晚餐味道不错，海鲜很新鲜，且价格不贵。房间设施最贴心的是有晾衣架。美中不足的是酒店开业较久，卫生间设施较陈旧。

环境很不错，地理条件优越，步行两分钟就到花石楼，下去就是第二海水浴场，餐厅一般，品种不是特别多，但也能吃饱。酒店就在八大关景区里面，晚上或者早上退潮的时候可以去抓小螃蟹，小朋友很喜欢
