酒店就在八大关景区，一栋栋别墅格局，紧邻蒋总统花石楼官邸，推窗见海，卧室、客厅、冰箱、微波炉设施齐全，感觉非常好，只是硬件装修略显陈旧。早餐还算不错，春节期间3百多房价，性价比还是不错的。

优点：酒店位置好，出门就是海，在八大关景区内，游玩很方便。离地铁口近，交通方便。住宿条件尚可，物品俱全，还有储衣柜放了多余的被子，能手动加。服务比较细心周到，就是值班人员可能因为过年的原因，经常看不到人。早餐种类较多，但口味一般。
缺点：大床并不是真正的大床，是两条床拼接起来的。屋内设施比较老气，另外热水供应在高峰期会出现断供。
