服务态度一般，对信息掌握不准反复核查，退房时间长。不是主楼房间。房间很小。装修一般。性价比极差。环境和地下室差不多，也许是在网上订的原因吧。好像是后妈生的。不能享受电梯，走廊很长。还下半层楼才可到房间。不宽敞也不明亮，白天也需要遮窗帘。空气很糟糕。卧室冷，只有门厅有空调。卫生间不隐蔽很透明。

晚上入住的，房间极小，设施一般。卫浴间上空全发霉的，空气不太流通。最刮三的是单早。那还不如无早呢，老婆说早餐很一般，没啥可吃的。房间内的浴巾很破旧！！！这也能是四星？唯一值得安慰的是，酒店离极地海洋世界蛮近的。
