海棠湾9号设施陈旧，服务不好，尤其是酒店服务人员和管理人员对客人非常不负责，房间空调坏了，运行半小时就自动关上再也不启动了，三亚大热天真的非常难受，蚊子还多，晚上得反复起来开空调，一晚上都没睡好，维修人员说空调没有问题，打电话给酒店大堂经理要求换房也不肯，还说不想住的话我们半夜可以退房，真的是态度非常恶劣，第二天也没有一个酒店负责人来处理这件事。无奈第二天打电话给投诉部，当天的酒店负责人说他们没错，不做任何处理，也没有给任何安慰和赔偿。这个酒店真的是非常不推荐，住得太糟心了，行政楼一千多的海景房真的太不值了！电梯按钮也不灵，温泉区卫生很糟糕，去的人少，很多地方已经发霉，早餐品类质量和3星级差不多。还好是在携程订的，携程非常负责，给我们处理了，还安慰我们。总之携程是值得信赖的，但是海棠湾9号真心不推荐！

酒店整体来说性价比比较高，沙滩上看日出，很美很方便，沙子粗，不影响孩子游玩心情，手机丢了，海滩巡班人员晚上找回来了，感谢感谢！
