我们两对情侣入住的，想要的是大床房，前台一来就告诉我只剩双床房，然后我开完之后他又给别人开了大床，结果前台是说我没有说清楚，说是我自己要求要双床，无语。刚刚想要点评才发现有礼包，住店的时候也没有任何人告诉我有礼包，感觉很亏。晚上7.8点入住，睡了一觉就走了。前台也不告知有送礼包，这样的服务除了差评我也没有别的办法了，呵呵。
