服务那叫差啊！定了一个礼拜勉强住完，疫情蔓延离店时买不到口罩，要去机场跟它们要个口罩都不给！ 他们自己的员工每人都带着，让客人裸奔！刚到店办理入住时房费多算了上万元，卧槽，还好我自己核对了账单，当场提出异议才解决！ 就靠卖希尔顿这个牌子了，不会再下单了，坑货！

这次三亚游选了两家酒店体验，一个是天域，一个是希尔顿，两家酒店各有特色，都非常好。希尔顿的园景很漂亮，房间设施也很新，早餐也很棒，儿童乐园很不错，每天还有各种免费的活动，小朋友玩的很开心。下次来还会选这个酒店。

两年前来过一次，感觉非常棒所以这次又订这家，但感觉现在服务差了太多，每天都有人来打扰问卫生做的怎么样满不满意，小孩想吃肯德基在外面买了点居然不让带进来，最后居然要求在宴会厅吃不准在房间吃不知道什么鬼道理。

酒店位置很好 离海很近 离奥特莱斯也是开车不到10分钟 强烈推荐全海景房住一楼可以直接去海边 很方便，另外要表扬客房服务员林丽娜👍 房间卫生打扫的很干净，另外会主动询问我们的需求，人很好很贴心，大赞👍 酒店整体性价比不错，下次去亚龙湾会继续入住😄

酒店在丽思旁边，园林式设计，房间大，浴缸对着阳台风景独到，环境更好，自带沙滩随时可以去踩水，不像某岛沙滩椅都要抢，就是没吃到沙滩BBQ有点遗憾
