入住很多次红树林了，前台的蔡佳佳服务到位，小丹在旁边介绍酒店，客服的服务员不错，王家祝小妹有好，李川妹妹也好帮忙拿行李

这家酒店太牛逼了，欺骗消费者，本来订的菩提酒店，前台服务员说给免费升级到椰林酒店。害的我们带着行李，走路走了二十分钟才到。结果入住后太失望了，房间里面配置还不如快捷酒店呢！空调也坏了，更可气的是早餐服务员不让进餐厅，说查不到房间号，预定四间客房都是含早餐的，结果被拦在门外，太尴尬了！不支持别的旅客入住。

酒店环境整洁，房间布局堪称完美，优雅又不失情调，服务周到，让人无比舒心。给我营造了一种家的感觉，无论大处到小处都是那么无懈可击，价格也很合理。酒店的服务员个个彬彬有礼，热情周到，酒店装修的富丽堂皇，下次我还会继续选择入住。
