服务人员待客热情，主动帮忙拿行李，入驻期间的贴心暖心关心服务，让我们感觉到家一样，本人身体出了一丢丢小状况，大堂经理文美女知道后，十分关心，忙前忙后，及时提供力所能及帮助，为了使我们住得舒服，并暖心的将房间升级为套房，深之感动。。。一个企业有这样的员工，也是企业财富👍️。
自助早餐很捧，过去用餐是去大王棕酒店，从9月1日起，菩提酒店开启了自己的自助早餐，用餐时服务人员服务也不错，品质品种齐全，很捧，现熬制的海鲜粥十分棒。
在菩提感受到该企业文化培训很到位，客人与服务人员之间交流很愉悦。是一次很开心愉快的体验，下次还会入住。

第一次入住红树林度假 从亚龙湾转过来哒 风景肯定海边更棒 但是红树林这边有车可以免费穿梭 这点很赞 度假世界里面很多吃的和玩的 前台办理很好 淡季直接升级了房间 礼宾服务太一般 早餐也还好 中式西式都有 带孩子 孩子玩儿的很开心 下次还回来

房间淋浴间，区域设计有问题，一洗完澡整个洗漱区域和房间地板全是湿的。
房间的湿气很重，被子一直感觉是湿润的。服务员说是那几天三亚天气原因，也不知道平时是不是也这样。
服务挺好，请服务员打扫房间响应很迅速。房间的风景还是不错，对着中间的水上乐园。不过没沙滩还是有些遗憾。
