酒店位置非常好，景观美，可眺望三亚湾海岸线，酒店服务好，特别是礼宾部更是满足各种需求。酒店早餐和下午茶品质好，中餐厅就很一般。酒店设施齐全，但比较老久，恒温泳池水温也不是很够。最大的吐槽就是走廊太长，每次想到都不想走动。

这家酒店从入住刚开始的感觉都是不好的，小孩的脚都因为酒店管理问题不好，脚扭到了，但酒店的前台美女陈经理给我们了许多的问候和关心，我们的宝宝说原谅他们了，陈经理还给我们家小朋友送了礼物，如果这个酒店的许多员工能像前台美女陈经理态度和对客人的关心我相信这个酒店会越来越好，特别是一些员工的态度方面能像陈经理一样，这个酒店会给人入住感觉提升很多满意度！

这次入住心情不美丽，提前预定的房间，价格一间贵出近一千元，定了两间房，虽然最后一天两间退了1000，还是损失不少，心情不好，不能太早预定房间，小心上当.说送旅拍，电话一问，只跟拍一次，赠五张电子图片，其余的单收费，只有一个小时，想想都心里不舒服，安排的房型不满意，本可以花这么多钱住好房型，失望😞
