设施看照片，本人就不发表意见了。五星级！！！泳池也没清理。我们入住后叫服务员来清理的。订房时显示两大一小，结果一张大床，加床还收费，800/晚，天价！！！早餐的选择量非常小。278/位。本次的旅行是这么多年来三亚最糟糕的一次。问题是在入住前三天，酒店还不同意退单！！！非常失望！！！

别墅除了有泳池外，装修陈旧，设施落后。套房内没有放小床，一家人挤在一张大床上睡眠很不方便。加床竟然要收800元每晚。乖乖，真心贵！酒店离海有点远，去海边要走很长一段路，看海很不方便。吃得还算过得去。

酒店地理位置非常好，对面是万豪 喜来登等国际五星，到海边步行十分钟
前台入住时，ED的服务特别好，感觉体贴周到，怕一张房卡不够，ED又打电话过来，让同事送了一张，感觉很赞
酒店第一天入住时比较急，第二天打扫时有小象欢迎卡，服务员何金苗 温丽 李健豪 手写了欢迎卡片，卫生也干净
早餐种类多，还有待改善，基本上少见海鲜类的
房间比较大，泳池是自然温度，要看天气，泰式别墅200多平，私密性好，独角兽要自己租，酒店会提供租赁电话，铂尔曼整体还是很适合情侣度假，安静舒适
