餐厅服务很好，客房服务员也很好，送东西及时。但是个别总机员工说话语气冷淡，特别是今天早班的。而且前几天没入住的时候用手机打酒店电话，响了好久居然没人接，最后自动挂了！最近淡季，应该住房率不高吧，真的是失望，同样是铂尔曼，三亚湾铂尔曼总机好太多了，真应该多培训培训

酒店离亚龙湾海滩10分钟走到，早餐也挺丰富的，就是在网上订套餐房没有房，遗憾的。下次有机会再带家人一起出来。

酒店的泳池别墅的泳池还是够大，但是房间里设施偏旧，卫生间的水池设计不当，水溅得地板上都是，穿了酒店的棉拖，pia一声摔地板上，差点背过气去，几天了还在痛，好气愤！

从到达酒店开始 工作人员是帮忙搬了行李下车 但是就直接放在那不管了 我走进酒店才发现行李还在门外 十二点多到酒店 等了两个半小时才打扫完房间 期间实在等得不耐烦 才有人给了两张大堂吧的饮品券 酒店位置倒是不错 出行方便 但设施较陈旧 整体看起来色调偏暗 显得不够干净 泳池面积比较大 水够深 但落叶很多 水很凉 化妆镜的杆都生锈了 浴缸排水口堵塞 电瓶车等待时间较长 说说优点 早餐非常丰富 应该是来三亚吃得最满意的一顿酒店早餐 树木丛生但没有蚊虫

很安静，私人游泳池太巴适了，尽管不是太大，但是很方便，尽情享受亲子乐趣。别墅区和大堂之间需要坐观光车，小朋友倒是喜欢的很。儿童乐园有点小，没有水上滑滑梯是个遗憾，房间的吹风需要按着才能吹，有点不方便
