酒店位置服务都不错，设施略显陈旧，但看到应该是在逐步翻新。整体环境很好，有机会还会再去。服务星级标准，感谢陈太是，陈术云，李有辉，还有没记住名字的服务人员，服务超赞！

酒店服务很棒，工作人员态度都很好，见面会微笑打招呼，卫生干净，细节上面做的很棒，里面很大，需要小哥哥开车送。接送我们的陈鹏辉小哥哥超赞，服务特别好，也很耐心。

挺好哒，皇尊别墅离海滩不远，房间游泳池游泳挺方便，浴缸也大的不行不行的，再付98元饮料小食随便吃，吃不完打包带走

袋子居然收费，走的时候换洗衣服都没的装，不合理。吹风机烂成这样，那点风还没*大，这真的是五星酒店？员工素质待加强，回酒店之后，服务员一直赖着不走，本以为房间有问题，结果拿张纸写上名字，让必须现在好评写上名字，当时我那个郁闷，本来回酒店就很累了，还要招待你？要不我们坐下喝两杯啊？名字就不说了，希望酒店加强员工培训。
