别墅设施真的旧了，该重新装修一下了。天天下雨，小泳池的水略混浊。床响的声大，浴缸塞子坏了，喷水咀只有两个有流量。围栏快倒了，私密性差。服务员态度很好，但房间服务时一次收走了自备的零食，一次收走了自备的刮胡刀，唉。生日当天送来了生日蛋糕，算个惊喜吧。第二次入住了，期待下次能有改观。

性价比还行，就是有些旧，离沙滩较远，以前来还有电瓶车可以送到沙滩，但这次来电瓶车就不能送了，只能走到沙滩，很辛苦。电瓶车司机大部分都不错，只有一个说话很横。

已经住了好多年亚龙湾铂尔曼，越来越差，非常失望要不是为了孩子找点儿之前回忆肯定会住这里！泰国别墅连房间电话都是坏的花洒也坏，门锁也坏，前台主管M erry服务态度极差，并且餐厅用晚餐自助时候进来一个神经病客人是母子两个，病人餐厅里面追着好几个女客人跑肯定当时犯病了，餐厅可以倒一下7/2号晚上自助餐厅监控，不知道这样的餐厅以后还怎么立足，总之差差差，以后不会再住，也提醒大家注意，这个酒店设施太老旧而且坏的坏，脏的脏，恶心，如果想来好好玩玩儿度假的千万别住这里会让你失望到极点，不信可以随便开间房看看就知道了，实话实说，供大家参考太差，带个眼镜，这种人怎么能胜任这种工作，
