酒店硬件设施稍显陈旧，但是服务很好很有东南亚的风情，服务员还给小朋友做了个大象，写了祝福的纸条，很用心！房间很舒适，院内的泳池很适合带孩子游泳，酒店的庭院环境很好很幽静，早餐很丰富质量也不错，有地下车库停车很方便，酒店不在沙滩边上，需要走几分钟，很舒适的酒店性价比很高！

选择的南洋别墅，在这个价格 有一个私人泳池非常好。 酒店整体环境很好 安静， 适合老人 情侣 或者带小孩子的，因为是私人泳池， 可以裸泳 哈哈哈哈 服务也很好，表扬礼宾部小庞，东西丢在酒店，直接给我寄回家了。

打扫房间服务员李丽梅，徐一鸣帮我们打扫房间很干净，服务态度很好，帮我们叠动物很可爱，游泳池私密性还可以，每天都会帮忙清理，只是设施有点老旧，15年装修的。
