非常满意的酒店，服务员非常热情耐心，免费送了蜜月布置，而且非常用心（比美高梅的好很多），早餐丰富味道也不错，下一次来三亚还会继续选择铂尔曼！

虽然不是第一次来三亚，但是是第一次住铂尔曼。酒店服务很好，前台和客房与服务员都非常的热情，酒店工作人员碰见客人都会主动打招呼。住的池畔房，游泳特别方便，孩子也非常的高兴。因为池畔房的原因，游泳出来房间很容易湿，不停的让可当服务员来打扫，王思佳和王淑燕两位服务员很认真负责，不停的来帮我们打扫房间更换浴巾。给我的入住感觉很好。

酒店开业有好几年了，所以有的东西都比较旧，就像洗手池的水漏就是坏的，但是很安静，，一点都不吵，早餐比较丰富，中西合璧，吃饭旁边就是一个水池，有很多鱼，小朋友特别喜欢
