在疫情发生的当下，海棠湾所有酒店只有香格里拉酒店的儿童娱乐设施是开放的，也算给我们这些远道而来的客人一些安慰。酒店的设施人性化，服务理念先进，吃住玩都很让人安心，好评！

酒店很好，步行直接到沙滩，阳台看一望无际的海洋吹着海风。服务方面，管家小余人也很nice，房型升级，房间布置，行前咨询，核酸提醒等等，确实很用心的服务，点赞！

这篇是续篇no 2. 来夸夸我的新朋友Nina Li,我的客服管家。笑容亲切不做作是真心让人舒服，不禁感叹，果然三亚豪店云集，选人也是看面相的。她带我入屋，安排一切，让我先愣一下下的是海景无敌，中间我这户是小事不断，她也一应帮我解决，利索无废话，现已加了好友，看到的可以来了招呼～真的是很好的客服。临了她休班人不在，还有赠品跟着，送我宝宝，呜呜呜真的太贴心了。
