此房间楼层低，不如高层看海好，但室外泳池景色也很好，早餐一般，不含餐此房间性价比较高。酒店外出购物或吃饭需到十公里外的新村镇或英洲镇,酒店旁有超市，自助晚餐88元。

听海楼有的房间朝向是北向的，最好入住南向的。房间是二个卧室，可入住三四人。比揽海多一卧室。另外注意燃气，入住时燃气总阀未关，只是灶具开关关了。房间有蚊子，高楼层没有。总之听海楼很安静，性价比较高。

酒店位置有点偏，吃饭什么的不太方便，出门五分钟就能到海边，适合纯度假不逛景点的朋友

房间海景很好，有游泳池，地下停车场。环境很好，特适合自驾休闲度假。早餐还行，但和同房价国内酒店对比差一些。晚餐酒店自助网上订88一位，不含啤酒，性价比一般。但周围没有其它餐厅，如到外吃需到十公里之外新村镇，那有菜市场，超市，饭店。可去买海鲜回酒店自已做。
