酒店位置非常好、在市区、非常方便
酒店的景色很好，我住了30层，可以看到大海
酒店设施不错、床很舒服、客房服务也不错
酒店的服务绝对差评，永远在排队，一方面顾客很多，另一方面酒店的服务效率有很大的问题、大堂共5个服务窗口，只开两个，每排接近二十人，我着急退房赶飞机，去询问服务人员，只说去排队……十分浪费时间，希望能提高效率。

房间不算很大 在三亚市区算性价比最高的酒店了！到了大门口坐专门的接驳车到接待中心办入住，再坐接驳车到酒店楼下 很方便！环境优美，而且很安静！
