服务太差了，美丽之冠A栋是酒店自己管理，卫生什么的都会好一些，F栋是业主房。服务和卫生都会特别差劲，听打扫的服务员讲，F栋都不会换床品毛巾，都是特别脏的。我们已经知道F栋是什么情况，已经跟前台说了不住F栋，但是前台帮我订房，还是定了F栋，并且说谎话骗我说订单是被抢走的，开什么玩笑，你自己酒店的订单能被其他酒店抢走吗？？在大堂等待处理订单等了快两个小时，前台，大副，前厅经理没有任何服务意识，只有礼宾部的一个小哥，很热心在帮我，跟我讲如何定才能订到A栋的房间。前厅经理站在那里一句话不说，板着脸，没有任何服务意识，也没有任何要帮助客人的举动。真的是体验特别特别差！！！

首先说酒店。地址虽说是市中心，但是周边没有任何一家小型超市，买水，买烟得坐车，不然就要接受天价水。楼下酒店超市的东西不是土豪，就买不起。再说艺龙。提前一周左右定了四晚。可是临时行程有变，取消两晚。入住前三天就跟艺龙沟通多次，结果都是订的不可取消，艺龙跟酒店沟通以后不能取消。直到抵达酒店。当面跟酒店方沟通以后，说可以退，我说艺龙跟你们沟通以后，为什么一直说不行。酒店方告知：从未收到艺龙方提交的修改申请。再次当面跟艺龙电话沟通。艺龙不认帐了。一直说酒店方不同意。可是当时酒店预定部经理就在我旁边。鉴于不好得罪艺龙，酒店方不好直接接电话了。这就是艺龙的服务吗？多次沟通，结果就是艺龙根本没跟酒店沟通，直接拒绝。浪费了我五百多。卸载，再见。
