酒店好评率，怀疑是刷出来的，没有宣传的那么好。设施很差，房间内电视遥控器，电吹风机都没有，电话至客服。一个遥控器找了几个小时。室内不干净，被子潮湿。卫生间卫生没打扫，浴室花洒只有一个固定式的小花洒。小孩没法洗澡。酒店早餐品质很差。到三亚三次，住过好多酒店，对这个酒店最失望。

在亚龙湾度假区，价格相对便宜，酒店有电瓶车送到海边，走路也就10来分钟，有早餐，午餐晚餐团购的，128含中餐晚餐，不想出去就可以在酒店吃，比外面划算，那边消费很高，小商店的东西都翻倍
