本来入住很愉快，宝宝也很喜欢和携程合作的儿童房。结果退房后几小时问我们有没有拿走一个儿童风扇，我们没见过这个东西，电话里的服务员说，每个儿童房都配，言下之意我们拿走了。第一次住酒店碰到这种事情，很不愉快的体验！

泳池温水，超大，性价比超高，还有玩具，小孩子不肯走。服务也特别好，真的很喜欢。前台美眉态度好，效率高！

酒店服务态度挺好的，下车就有服务生提行李，服务员都很热情，刚开始给了房间里面有味道还有壁虎，通过协调也换了间，下面来说说艺龙，以后再也不会在艺龙上订房间，搞价格欺诈，明明高级园景房比雅致园景房差，雅致是带阳台的，但是他高级园景房挂的价格比雅致高这样让我们误以为高级比雅致好就花高价定了高级，其实到酒店换雅致还要补70差价，但我们明明出了比雅致贵的价格，打电话过去老是说半小时之内回复来搪塞，刚开始确实电话过来，但是说还没解决，后来索性没声音了，住了一晚声音都没有。
