难得的美好体验！三亚的各大酒店基本都尝试过了，不得不说土福湾嘉佩乐酒店会让你有住下了不想走的冲动，所以改签了机票住足了一周，每天听着鸟叫醒来，伴着星辰睡去，把尘世间的繁杂统统抛在了脑后。酒店在每个细节上都力求完美，但又不会用力过猛失去亲和感，让住在里面的人有家的感觉。特别酒店的文旅官Eugene服务很是周到，更是平添了对嘉佩乐的好感，产生了去尝试别的城市嘉佩乐酒店的向往……

嘉佩乐，永远的神，不愧是三亚no1，这次来解锁了三亚很多top的酒店，嘉佩乐真正做到了服务环境住品美食第一，住酒店第8天被告知要去陵水隔离，因为同航班有🐏，嘉佩乐的经理第一时间加了我微信，全程安抚并询问，给我查询隔离点及情况，解封后第一时间派车来隔离点接我回酒店，真心感动和感谢！

早餐非常丰盛，也很干净，味道很不错，Rico小哥哥服务很贴心，从办理入住到每一天的活动安排和咨询都非常详细耐心的解答和安排，非常好的一个管家，和管家式服务。

冲着天花板的服务来的，果然没有让我失望，文旅官Alice贴心服务，及时分享最新防疫消息，处处安排妥帖，处处考虑周到，除了中餐厅没开有点遗憾，但是也能在西餐厅品尝到，还是很开心，还会再来的，谢谢Alice~

酒店确实如来之前看的评论，硬件设施很新酒店设计也很nice，服务更是没的说，酒店的专属文旅官Helen从入住前、中、后都细致入微的关心客人的入住体验，五星好评！

大堂惊艳，泳池和草坪都很漂亮，海景套房房间很大，超大卫生间和衣帽间，还有间备餐间。从预定开始，会有专属文旅官通过微信全程提供管家服务，我碰到的文旅官叫Amber，非常周到到位。
