一家人出行的却被强制加收第三人费用550元！！！不付的话房间就不给入住，订房的钱也不会退给你！！之前以为性价比很高才订的，出行都是订的五星级酒店从没遇到过这种霸王条款！！！加收的钱不如去洲际酒店了，酒店地理位置离各个景点都很远（除了蜈支洲岛），房间里面还有蜘蛛网！！！！可见卫生并不好，入住三天可房间里的被单都没有换新的！！！早点并没有评价里说的那样丰富！！酒店设施还算新，怀疑是不是刷的好评！三亚适合休闲度假但是再也不会来这家酒店了！！！希望有关部门能来管理！！
