投诉，强烈投诉！！24小时的电瓶车服务，结果是：4:40叫车到5:20车到，等了40分钟，让我误了今天的飞机！前提是我在昨天晚上定叫早时就给前台说过：4:30叫早，4:40派车，我6:40的飞机。结果，40分钟浪费在空旷的院子，现在到机场有什么用？？今天上午10:00深圳重要事物结果谁承担？？？

去的时候正好部分房间装修，沙滩也没开放，很遗憾！婴儿床是个坏的还把孩子摔了，经理来赔礼道歉一下。酒店那个位置很尴尬，别的都还行吧。
