酒店在亚龙湾，酒店不靠海，没有自己的私家沙滩，到公共浴场还需要乘坐酒店电瓶车，到了沙滩还得租用别家的沙滩椅沙滩伞，超级不方便。酒店入住超级费事费力，中午12点到的酒店，酒店规定说下午三点才能入住，等了两个多小时，强烈要求下才进了还没有收拾好的房间。酒店客房服务待提升！借用下酒店的水果刀，迟迟不来，竟然是因为在打印借水果刀的押金条，用一下几元的水果刀需要交20元押金，大开眼界！😅酒店房间还算宽敞，床够大，微微返泛潮。如果带孩子来玩沙滩，不推荐入住！

酒店位置很偏，从高尔夫球场进去有一条小路，大概1公里多，没有人，也没有路灯，好不容易才找到酒店，电瓶车早上七点半到晚上七点半每10分钟送客人到公共海滩，过了点就只能自己打车回去，晚上就不要出门了，说好的私享海滩结果说是因为台风在维修所以不开放，餐饮也很贵，不建议在此用餐。酒店以别墅为主，池塘绿植景观还可以，适合家庭为单位别墅度假，玩海还是有私享沙滩较好。
