其实酒店环境，位置都不错，出行很方便，这个必须承认。但搞笑的是我们已经住了3个晚上，竟然没有给我们换过床上用品，可笑的是前台的接待给出的理由，竟然是有客人不喜欢换，真的是太滑稽的理由，让我们哭笑不得，试问你们这样一个号称五星级酒店就是这样对待客人的吗，客人提出合理的建议时就是这样可笑又滑稽的搪塞客人的吗，还是说你们的五星级是自己刷出来的或者自己评的，我们每年都会去，但这一次，真的是因为你们这粒老鼠屎破坏了我们旅行的好心情，太失望了，一个文化气息这么浓郁的酒店竟然有这样让人无语的服务……

位置好…感觉看地图离街上很远…其实很近走不了几步路就到了街上…因为酒店有直达街边的2部电梯…酒店大堂右手边下电梯…在右走过小路到走廊平台下电梯就到街边了…几分钟的事很方便…酒店设计很有档次…感觉像是在一个山庄里一样

年后涨价了一倍，订了三个一样的房间房型居然还有差异，总体服务态度都还算不错，卫生一般。最可气的就是温泉坏了不能用，这两天三亚降温不能下水，本想着可以在温泉泡泡，最后也是看着干瞪眼。入住的时候限定只能三点钟以后去，退房却非要十二点就马上退，霸王条款！
