本来预定的要双床结果入住时说是安排的大床，双床都安排好了。父亲先行入住就只好升级才有双床。反复和前台确认都说是安排的大床没有双床，和艺龙客服沟通后酒店又回复说其实安排的有双床，是前台不清楚，但是父亲已经入住升级的房间也懒得再更换了。沟通不畅导致的麻烦。但是酒店整体服务还是挺不错的，环境也好，周边车站去景区都很方便。酒店的餐厅点菜上菜较慢，不过是现点现做，材料新鲜。口味很不错，价格比较贵，对于满大街北方菜馆相当厌恶。
