租车的话酒店交通非常方便，相对于一般五星，酒店的别墅间更有情调，有私人泳池也有大泳池，还有私人沙滩，非常喜欢，海棠湾的海水和沙滩明显比亚龙湾更好，离免税店也近，附近吃饭的小店很多，口味好价格便宜，度假的话值得一住。

酒店是一个小区，园林景观很漂亮。但是酒店位置很偏远，自动定位会定在陵水。出行很不方便，即使在酒店内出行也需要等观光车，早餐不敢恭维。我们住的房间在二楼，应该是很久没住人了，打开房间很大一股霉味，被子，褥子都泛黄了。我们三个女生盖了被子都不同程度起疹子，我最严重，全身上下都是，当时被吓懵了。联系酒店，来了一个经理和护士，各种逃避问题，说我们是来三亚晒了太阳过敏，对海水过敏，甚至说芒果过敏。。。问他们有没有消毒药水，没有。最开始只打算给我们换表皮的床单，在我们一再要求下才换了整套褥子被子，给我们用了药膏。换过的被子明显干净，没有霉味。第二天联系退款，酒店和艺龙互相推诿，我们在酒店一直到下午一点才调节好，浪费半天时间。非常影响游玩心情。最后说要12315维权，才转变态度，退款成功。强烈建议，女生结伴出游，还是选择市区，星级酒店。附上疹子图片，和酒店提供的药膏照片。
