自主早餐还可以，种类多多选择多多，味道一般，有小孩可以加儿童床，适合带小孩，位置也很好找，开车去很方便停车免费，有免费泳池，有温泉但是要收费，有独立的海滩很干净，性价比总体还行

酒店很棒哦，预定的行政海景房，无论从视觉还是服务上都很不错，直面大海，每天推开门就能见到大海，心情美美哒～br客房服务也不错，每天有送水果，早餐也是专门的用餐点，早餐品种丰富，出门走几步就是沙滩，下次再去，还会选择，性价比很高的酒店

非常失望！以前来三亚都是住亚龙湾，这次因为要去潜水，图方便选择海棠湾的这家。酒店位置很好，硬件一般，员工素质极差。带着孩子中午一点半办理入住，因为之前疏忽，订房时将入住时间搞错，酒店提出要住只能加三百（查了下实际差价不到三十），自己的失误，不多说。加了钱，交完押金之后，前台突然来一句房间还没打扫好，要等。钱都付了，没办法坐在大堂傻等到三点多，电话通知入住，期间酒店方面没一个人理你。而且在酒店期间，遇到的员工，也没有一位跟你打招呼，简直是奇葩。酒店早餐很差，两三百商务酒店的水平，几乎没什么可吃。这种酒店，只能说谁用谁知道了……
