总台的工作效率太慢，延住之后房卡不好使了，在外面等了好久前台也没把房卡送过来，又打电话催才送过来，太慢了。

短信📨不断发来，催我希望按时入住，我不知道入住当天几点入住是按时，反正现在是下午4点零3分了，总台服务员还让我坐在大厅里，说等房间打扫干净，再给办理入住，所以请不要再给我发催促短信了。我现在因还没有入住评分无法打，只能凭感觉打，等实际入住了我再追加评论。

环境好！空气好！服务??，就是退房太慢了！足足45分钟！房间内可以泡温泉，温泉区景色绿化好！当天开放的温泉池不多。总体感觉OK??OK
