此次入住体验特别差，下午五点多到达酒店却没有房间，等了好久开了一间一楼的房间过去两个阿姨在里面坐着聊天，晚上房间电话打前台或者服务中心送东西全都没有人接，我还以为是坏的，结果11点催退房倒是挺积极，12点前必须退态度很强硬，催的这么急那我五点多到了为什么要等那么久！那会咋不急呢。温泉每个池子里都是落叶，小雨温泉里还飘着死鱼，池子边垃圾也很多，让人怎么放心卫生。 晚上一楼点了点烧烤，豆干臭味很大，本不吃就算了，买单的时候我就提了下，结果服务员呵了一下，旁边美女估计是新来的就问她不和厨师反应嘛，她说不用，我去....太厉害了...

店已经是很老的店了，但环境还是不错的，住得也还不错，唯一不足的是床可以换新的了，床换新就完美了。

换了两次房，一间卫生间门打不开了。一间是水龙头关不上。房内空气阴湿难闻。这样说吧，订的含早，由于一刻都不想待，早上急匆匆就走了，简直是逃离。倒是室外环境还不错

这家温泉酒店是我学会游泳的地方，很有感情的，五年了我毎年都带着家人来住上几天，感觉不如以前了，缺乏贴心的服务，屋子挺大，除了床只有一张写字台和一把椅子，行李箱只能放在地上，泡池看起来不干净没泡，卫生间有异味，早餐也降低了标准，温泉游泳池还挺好，希望这里越来越好。
