酒店类似于度假公寓的性质，但服务员的态度很好，带着真诚的笑容，很开心的样子，让客人都感觉到了开心，反映出其素质很高！酒店的游泳池规模偏小，酒店的早餐品种蛮丰富，酒店距离沙滩有些远，但酒店提供了电瓶车可以接送。

在清水湾很不错的度假酒店，本来订的阿罗哈酒店，里面很大的装修味道，受不了才换到假日酒店，真是非常明智的选择。虽然不大，但儿童乐园丶泳池丶健身房丶院落，应有尽有，离沙滩走路得20多分钟，可以约酒店的车送，总体性价比较高。阿罗哈的听海房千万别选，尤其带孩子，里面的甲酫危害很大。艺龙也超级差，告知艺龙阿罗哈听海楼房间味大，请协调换房，根本不管，要你自己和酒店协调，一个工作人员说会做出补偿，后来就连电话也不回，再打过去说稍后解决，再也无后文了，以后不会在艺龙定了，差劲！

环境不错，性价比超高，是清水湾所有酒店里唯一有亲子套房上下铺的酒店，以后来清水湾孩子们还说住这里。只是酒店餐太难吃了，尤其是套餐，希望在厨师方面进行更新啦
