酒店设施很完善，服务很好，前台礼宾服务很周到，前台大副，杨先生和杨女士很贴心，礼宾员小齐服务周到，酒店还有亲子活动，很好强烈推荐该酒店，下次还会再来。

我是真的没见过这么差劲的酒店 先是18.50分办理入住时前台态度很不好 后是叫外卖不让送上房间我可以理解 再者就是酒店标志不清晰 上下电梯跟迷宫一样 一个标志都没有 酒店大堂在哪层也不标志 拿个外卖浪费半个钟的时间 严重差评 打入黑名单。

中规中矩的老五星酒店，总体来说各方面不错，海景很不错，泳池也大，而且不止一个泳池。住酒店的话可以尝试下池边烧烤自助，虽然性价比不一定高，但是感觉很好。位置也不错，周围步行可以吃到很火的小海豚海鲜，还有个什么凤凰海鲜广场，也不远

挺好，房间宽敞整洁，视野开阔，有面朝大海春暖花开的感觉。离海滩近，早餐丰富！工作人员也挺热情！给五星吧。

感觉非常棒！！！！离海边近，设施也不是点评中说的那么陈旧！最最重要的是，酒店里的接待小姐姐们态度真的是太太太太好啦。今天接待我们的是蒋梦婷、张梦欣和马梦蝶！梦字辈的小姐姐们真心态度点赞👍本来就是临时决定的酒店，从询问到办理入住，态度真是五星级！！！！赞赞赞，是我这几天在三亚碰到最好最美的前台小姐姐！👍👍👍
