该酒店有一部分是私人承包的，通过酒店前台竟查不到预订信息，这部分房间与酒店自己直接管理的部分事实上是完全脱离的，房间内柜子上锁，甚至没有电话，有啥需求要通过私人联系。而艺龙上在预订的时候根本没有做过标识区分，我们直到入住了才发现，令人十分错愕与震惊。酒店自营房间我们没看过不好妄下断语，但私人承包的房间确实设施陈旧，无论如何也与五星级酒店名实不符。同时，这些情况的出现也充分说明了酒店管理的混乱无序。
