酒店环境很好，有泳池有超市，有商业街，吃饭非常方便，商业街里有很多饭店，酒店早餐也很好，办理入住体检非常棒，前台服务生朱荣恒服务热情大方体贴，看我们年龄有点大，去酒店又有些早，订的房间还没有出来，直接帮我们升级了房间，又热心找人帮我们拿行李并送到房间，在这里说一声：谢谢您小朱！您让我们有了回到家的感觉。酒店下午又送了水果，又有服务人员电话问候需要什么帮助，谢谢您们热情的服务，让我们对三亚的服务有了新的认识。酒店装修是中国风格，非常漂亮大气，有很多外国友人住在那里，下次去三亚还会选择你们酒店一三亚亚龙湾华宇度假酒店。

提出表扬前台张双艳Cathy的服务态度超级好，很有耐心的给我们提供接待服务，麻烦了很多次，还是很有爱心的对客服务。酒店位置挺不错的，出门就是商业街，吃饭方便，去海边也有电瓶车接送。

一号泳池救生员，康凯教我游泳，我游泳的时候帮我看小孩子，服务特别棒，超级点赞，另外值得我们点赞的房务总监Bob. 在巡视泳池的时候告诉救生员要特别注意小孩子安全，防止溺水，为这样的酒店高层管理人员点赞，下次来三亚还是这个酒店入住
