下雨了，室内空调就开始漏水了，拿个桶兜住。衣服晒不干，这是气候问题。楼下就是泳池不错。整体环境不错

美丽的三亚，遗憾的红树林。经过连续8个夜晚的入住，现对酒店做认真评价：1、位置：较偏。离海边3.7公里，离第一市场7公里，逛街吃东西不方便，只能在酒店内消费。2.、环境：挺好。装修算不上很豪华，但宽敞干净。3、服务：有好有差。客房部、工程部、保安部都不错，餐饮部最差，观察到一个叫王帅燕的服务员应该替酒店得罪了不少客人。4、管理：要求不严，执行不到位，对于客人反映的问题处理较慢。5、感受：酒店主打亲子酒店，但5岁以上（1.2～1.4米）以上的儿童需要另购158元的早餐票，而且检票严格，这和酒店定位不符，有点强制捆绑消费的感觉。
总之：三亚会再来，红树林不会再住。几天的旅行，是放松心情的，被一些不愉快影响是很大的损失，酒店若不改进，和本人有同感的客人会越来越多。

前台服务不好，明明提前預定，来到还得等上个一个多小时，客房服务不好，从下午五点叫换个被子，到第二天都没换，入住时，房间地板湿湿的，走来走去都脏了，这样的服务，实在不行，
