房间宽敞明亮视野开阔，地理位置还可以，早餐不错，酒店可以提前预约去海龙湾和免税店的班车，需要提前一天。

什么都差，服务差，设施老旧，关键入住后已经离店都还没确认订单入住，担保金退不了，然后打电话过去问前台东推西推，关键前台服务态度超级差。气氛

设施已经有点偏旧了，一点到店办理入住被告知要等，等到2点半房才出来。向前台提出要高楼层，被告知无房，只有9楼。上楼后不满意房间环境，再次致电前台要换房，并主动告诉前台可以加钱换房后才告知有房.....为何前台人员不能自己主动提出呢？房间空调漏水，下去叫人来修了一次，告知修理完毕，晚上11点再次漏水..等了半小时万能工才过来......然后告知我他修理过后如果还有问题，可以找前台换房😂他这24小时都阔以换房😓。 索性一宿都未再次漏水。 酒店比较人性化的一点就是退房时间比较自由。房态不紧张的情况下可以延迟退房。这点值得点赞。
