酒店在独立的人工岛上，出入都有电瓶车接送，岛上还有海上巴士可以乘坐。酒店房间海景房很好，越高层视野也好，房间特别宽敞，早餐不错，酒店有无边界游泳池，好多婚纱照在这里拍摄，周围海水也很清澈，适合放空看海。酒店距离第一市场、解放路步行街、国际购物中心都很近，很值得推荐。（三亚湾可能唯一一个没有被马路把酒店和海滩隔开的酒店吧）

因为凤凰岛是三亚的建筑行标志之一，所以来三亚当然要住到凤凰岛来感受一下。
走在凤凰岛上，也是一种很惬意的享受，看夕阳观落日都非常美……
酒店服务不热情也不冷漠，房间设施齐全但不新颖，从阳台上可以看海景，阳台上有一个浴缸，会有人在阳台泡浴观海？
晚上海边平台有BBQ自助，还有驻唱，二十二点以后楼上酒吧开始营业，早餐还可以，有甜点咖啡 炒菜粥，还有一些海南特色的粉之类的。到三亚有必要到凤凰岛感受一晚

酒店海景非常美，阳台上大浴缸，可以边泡澡边看海景。如果天气好，推荐去天空酒廊看日落，一定很美。缺点是进出岛不太方便，要做电瓶车，有时要等十到十五分钟。
