服务一般、我入住的是至尊260平米的海景房、第一晚入住浴缸就出问题、后来没办法换了房间；房费扣了预留费、退房后3天了还没退回来、打电话过去转接了N个人后还是没结果、后来告诉我让我去找银行、这是服务吗？是我住过的五星级酒店中感觉最不好的一次。
