房间与房间对视太严重，不喜欢浴缸在外面，没有安全感，灯光设计不是很合理，一健开关，房卡小巧，但是每次刷不到，要重复很多次

感觉没有太用心，瑰丽这个品牌懂酒店的知道，绝对属于小众情有独行型，毕竟北京的瑰丽一炮而红，确实不同凡响，但三亚的瑰丽在保养上还需要下功夫，虽然装饰品每个都很精致，但是却抵不过人为的破坏，希望今后可以瑕不掩瑜，把酒店做到更好

酒店很不错，房间很大，现代感的设计，小细节统统点赞，房间都有观景浴缸，唯一不足是早餐略微单调。不知道其他房间是不是，我们的房间正面大海，角度很好躺在床上低头看书抬头看海，太棒了。服务也很好哦～

除了环境好 酒店服务太差了 本人衣服黑裙子落在1005房间 但以退房 给总机打电话一位姓孟的女人接的 客人没说完话直接把电话挂掉 在打第二次说忙的掉线 以说明情况黑裙子还问什么颜色是白的吗 我真是无语了 有你这样服务的 太差劲了

10.1号晚上在酒店洗澡，摔倒。第一时间打电话要红花油或者云南白药，服务十分差表示酒店没有。第二天早上我又主动拨打电话寻求去医院治疗，告知诊所也很专业，当地医疗设备落后，黑暗。去医院，也是自己一个人打车去，并无陪同。事情发生2天，毫无要解决的意思。反正你不寻求解决，酒店不主动关注，还说是客户自己摔倒，酒店安全设施到位。这次事故导致所有形成取消，无法正常行走。

酒店早餐和国际五星酒店相比是稍微有些逊色，但是风景很好，很适合漂亮的小哥哥小姐姐拍照。顶层的无边泳池人也不多，私人沙滩有些远，路有些拐弯，不好走。服务员的服务还是很到位的。
